The Cainite Oath of the Luciferian Set forth here by the Night Ravener, the Brother unto the Pact of Witch Blood
We come by Chaos wearing the Mask of the Black Lord of Two Horns, unrepentant in our Lawless Spirit: Emen Hetan! By these Words we go forth to the Hidden Crossroads, Drinking in
Ecstasy from the Chalice of Primal Power and Forbidden Knowledge. Our Unguentum Sabbati is but our Will, Desire and Belief! From the forests and grave-ways of the Circle of
Cain do we return in the flesh and spirit, born of Heaven and Earth.
We trespass all laws of spirit and faith, given knowledge of the Sorceries of Cain and Mastery of Azazel. In the Widdershins spell of Cainite shadows, cloaked in darkness and power by the Queen of the Night, we devour lesser souls who despise our Lawless Path.
Give us your anger, hate and worthless whimpers of traditions and dogmatic authorities, with the Devil’s Horns we
drive your lesser elders back to the hungry earth! To our Brothers and Sisters, we give loving care, to our enemies we embrace our heritage as the Adversary! All Rites so sacred shall be reversed! Blazing Light, the Black Flame is our balance between the worlds of Spirit and Flesh, so as being devils we create as gods and goddesses!
In the Forge and Fires of Cain we are tempered and transformed, our shapes and familiars are legion in the Hour of Midnight, Dawn and Noon-tide light. So it is done.
INTRODUCTION
When “Luciferian Witchcraft” was published in 2005, it was composed of a series of magical records from our Coven Malefica and my initiation within the Black Witchcraft current, a “vein” of Luciferianism. That grimoire was an introduction and gateway for those seeking the Adversary from a positive, self-empowering and godless perspective. As my workings expanded into different areas, a coherent presentation of Luciferianism began to take shape and evolve in a wide variety of traditions and areas.
To understand Luciferianism, first begin with the basic philosophy. The foundation was developed from key texts found in “The Bible of the Adversary”, adapted to fit a philosophical, logical format. This basis is published in the appendix of this grimoire, entitled “The 11 Luciferian Points of Power”. This is the philosophy which must be adherent to your interest and outlook in life.
Luciferian Witchcraft as a sorcerous tradition came into being from many different traditions, ancient and modern along with the key teachings of Charles Pace1. My self-initiation into the witchcraft practices and the development into Luciferian Witchcraft began with utilizing Typhonian Magick, under the guiding suggestions of personal correspondence with Kenneth Grant, included with the Zos Kia Cultus of Austin Osman Spare.
During initiatory workings with the Zos Kia Cultus and the Witches Sabbat, utilizing spell formulas by Austin Osman Spare, my contact with British witches, many of whom worked in the same circles and gnosis as Typhonian Thelema and Zos Kia, passed on a series of documents detailing the practices of older traditional craft groups including the 1734 Tradition of Robert Cochrane, the Clan of Tubal Cain, The Regency as well as the Horsemen lore. I adapted my workings and utilized the teachings based on my initiatic instincts as guided by my Daemon.
Traditional Witchcraft and teaching were instructed to me by English Hereditary Witch, Nathaniel Harris; “Nathan Sathan” was a member also of The Order of Phosphorus in the early 2000’s as well. Nathaniel had a grounding in both traditional craft and chaos magick among others, I found his guidance of great value. It was also at the suggestion of Nathan that I discovered the “Necrominon: The Book of Shades” handwritten grimoire by Charles Pace in the Museum of Witchcraft.
1See “Necrominon – Egyptian Sethanic Magick”, Michael W. Ford, Succubus Productions. This grimoire is an evolved, refined and further down the path incarnation of the basis of earlier works, namely “Book of the Witch Moon” and “Luciferian Witchcraft”. The Left-Hand Path offers a freedom which is based entirely upon inspiration and results. Those drawn to the Cainite or Luciferian Path and practices will find a guide and gateway to Adversarial Powers.
Numerous ancient and modern traditions, cultures and pantheons inspire the Luciferian Tradition, yet there is not a coreshifting paradigm in our Magickial Art. Our foundational philosophy is the metaphorical “fire” and grounding that all is built upon. Never deny or surrender your Will to betray this oath of 11 Points of Power. Devotion to self-excellence and Apotheosis may lead to the Black Alchemical union from Leviathan, Samael, Lilith to Baphomet (as the Black Adept) unto that of your Daemon and Man, literally Anthropodaemon.
I would like to thank Mitchell Nolte, Hopemarie, Lamia, The Order of Phosphorus, Assembly of Light Bearers and all my colleagues and friends. Especially to those who identify as Luciferians and manifest our path throughout the world.

PART ONE: The Black Arts and Luciferian Apotheosis
Luciferian Witchcraft has origins from several initiatic streams and traditions. The symbolism and lore are deeply connected to the Adversary in many manifestations and Deific Masks. Luciferian Witchcraft is a Shadowed Brother and Sisterhood of solitary and Coven practitioners who embrace the Left-Hand Path of the Adversary and the Spirit-Dance of the Witches Sabbat.
CHAPTER 1: The Devil’s Craft and Fires of Cain
Witchcraft and the Luciferian Tradition
The formal structure of practice termed Luciferian Witchery or Skir-hand (of the ‘Devil’s or Left-hand) Craft is a method of teachings which guide the Witch or Warlock to self-initiation upon a path balanced between the heights of the Empyrean and the Infernal. This spiritual linage encircles the practice of the Magickial Art of the Adversary, hidden and encompassed in the self-determined affirmation of accountability and actualization of Will, Desire, Belief.
The term ‘black’ for Luciferians is defined in the underlining origin and meaning of the word. In the West, black is associated with destruction and fear. In the Middle East, the term has beneficial associations. The Kaaba in Mecca is draped in black, associated with a meaning for the word Arabic FHM root which means “knowledge” as well as ‘black’. There is a phrase among the Sufi which has affinity among those of the Left-Hand Path as well, “Dar tariki, tariqat”, “In the Darkness, the Path”.
Luciferians associate ‘black’ with ‘knowledge’ and power. The very name of ‘Baphomet’ has origins partly from the Arabic ‘abufihamat’, “Father of Understanding”. Black or Luciferian Witchcraft is thus a balanced practice of a path which seeks by the way of the self-determined journey of gaining knowledge, strength, balance and power and the Apotheosis which is forged upon the Forge of Tubal-Cain.
Pay close attention to the following: do not allow your mind to waste energy with pointless debates and beliefs of those around you, magicians or not. The Adversarial Current finds expression and your subjective spirituality should be refined to rational explanations and the use of reason when or if you discuss Luciferian Magick. Luciferians don’t need constant validation and ‘group therapy’ via Social Media groups and “online friends”, the Arcana of the Watchers so dwelling within the individual is enough!
Work consistently on your own envisioned self-improvement, build confidence and an unshakable spirituality simply by using Will, Desire, Belief to attain and validate your results. An easy way to recognize a Luciferian is to observe how confident they are in their practices; he or she does not have the need to justify and argue about why the path is better than others. Luciferians lead by example, often quietly if in a slave-mentality dominated social structure. Think as the hunter, the predator and conquer! Gods and Goddesses are often alone, isolated in their worlds. Seek a balance between your social requirements and your initiatory path. Don’t forsake one for the other unless there is a goal and insight to be gained.
Ancient Witchcraft
The modern Luciferian Tradition has many roots which flourish and expand in the darkness. The ancient magical paths in many different and unique ways converge and unite, balancing the infernal with the empyrean. This grimoire is not a history of the craft, yet it is an expression of the lore of the Watchers. The bibliography will offer numerous titles to explore more specific magical traditions and practices.
Beginning with the Indo-European tribes, fierce nomadic warrior-cultures which migrated and settled from Asia 4000 BCE and Europe by 2000 BCE. Their basic
associations are found in the Rig Veda, the Mitanni of Northern Mesopotamia and the Celtic, Germanic and numerous other cultures retained the core of their venerations.
The ancient North unleashed the Vanir, the Gods and Goddesses of Scandinavia which was centered around the worship of the Lord and Lady2. Freyr and Freya were rooted deeply in the cycle of nature itself as well as the creative and destructive aspects.
In Scandinavia, the Wanes or Vanir were the Gods and Goddesses associated with earthly existence which expanded into the Germanic pantheon. The Vanir governed and directed the material cycle of production and reproduction, lust, craftsmanship, wealth and life in general. The Vanir and the Aesir are two “races” associated with the ancient Scandinavian cult, the Aesir having Odinn, Thorr and Tyr.
Black Witchcraft is an alternate name for Luciferian Witchcraft as it is based in the initiatic practice derived from the many representations of the Adversary, including the Watchers, Samael, Lilith, Cain and the host of Fallen Angels, Genii, Nephilim, Djinn, Demons and the ancestral dead.
2 Witchdom of the True, Edred. The symbol of the Devil as the horned god as not a symbol of fertility, also the balance between the Crossroads of Waking (Solar), Dreaming (Lunar) and the Nightside (Atavistic, Spiritual). The Devil and his Bride is a symbol of terrible and beautiful power; in all of this to pass the first test one must see what is “beyond the mask”, destroying Judeo-Christian misrepresentation of force and energy. The Angelic and Demonic powers within Luciferianism represent conscious intelligence and primal instinctual desire, for which the Adept seeks balance between both continually as he or she progresses along the path.
Luciferians do not “worship” deities or demons in a literal sense; they are symbolic “Deific Masks” representing a type of power or energy inherent within nature and self. We seek to gain insight and thus encircle specific types of knowledge and power from invoking and utilizing these “Deific Masks” we called gods, goddesses, demons and spirits. Don’t fail the first test of using a Christian way of thinking to not understand the teachings beyond the appearance. Every theriomorphic form, composite and darksome spirit and name is a cipher for knowledge and thus control of specific types of power behind the mask.
